Admission process

The Montessori Early Learning Centre admits students of any race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to children at the school.

Step 1.

Please register your interest in our programs using our Registration Form.  

Step 2.

Once we receive your registration form, we will contact you to arrange a tour and meeting with you and your child.  The tour and meeting usually takes approximately one hour and is an opportunity for you to see our facilities, meet important staff members, learn more about our programs and have your questions addressed.  As it is important to us that children accepted into our program are set up for success from the beginning, this meeting also enables us to assess whether our vision, objectives and programs are a good fit for your child.

Step 3.

We will contact you within two business days of attending a tour and meeting to confirm your child’s acceptance into our program.  If accepted, we will send you an enrollment package to complete and return within five business days of receipt, with a non-refundable administration fee of $50, to secure your child’s place.  Please note that if we do not receive your completed enrollment package and tuition arrangements within this time frame, we will assume you are no longer interested and offer the space to the next family.  If no spaces are available then we will ask if you would like to be added to our wait list, which we operate at no additional cost to you.  When a space becomes available, we will contact wait-listed families, on a first come first serve basis.
